Revora Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of Revora, a social networking, community, and garage management app for car enthusiasts operated by Akikaze Kataumi.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
You may use Revora only after agreeing to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You can use Revora with Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for safeguarding your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact Revora Support promptly.
3. User-Generated Content
Revora lets users post or send profiles, vehicle images, posts, comments, direct messages, and group Talk messages. You are responsible for the content you submit.
Revora has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Violating content or conduct may result in removal, reduced visibility, account suspension, or account termination.
- Your content may be shown to other users according to its visibility setting and the design of the applicable feature.
- You must not post content that violates another person's rights, privacy, or reputation.
- Use particular care before sharing personal information, location information, license plate numbers, or meeting locations.
4. Location Features
Revora includes location-based features such as online location sharing with mutual friends, TREAD proximity checks, QR card-exchange proximity checks, and the hide-near-home feature. Use these features at your own discretion.
- Online location sharing begins only after you turn Online on in Revora.
- While Online is active, your current location may be visible to mutual friends.
- TREAD checks for nearby TREAD users only while you have explicitly enabled it and have the TREAD screen open. It does not automatically exchange cards or follow users.
- Safety features such as hide-near-home cannot guarantee that your location or general living area will never be inferred.
- Use appropriate caution when sharing meeting points or destinations.
5. Subscriptions
Revora may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through in-app purchase. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment information are handled through Apple's systems. Depending on the active plan, limits and benefits may differ for vehicle slots, group size, Feed posts, rewards, and other features.
If you cancel a subscription, you can continue using its benefits until the end of the current paid period. After it expires, your access returns to the free plan or another plan that remains active.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Violate applicable law, public order, these Terms, or another person's rights
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, defame, or impersonate another person
- Post another person's personal information, images, copyrighted work, or vehicle information without permission
- Encourage or glorify dangerous driving, unlawful vehicle modifications, or other unlawful activity
- Send spam or unauthorized advertising or solicitations, commit fraud, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the service
- Post sexual, violent, excessively aggressive, or age-inappropriate content
- Engage in other conduct that Revora reasonably determines to be inappropriate or unsafe
7. Reports, Blocks, and Enforcement
You can report inappropriate posts or users and block users when needed. Posts from a blocked user are immediately hidden from your Feed, and Revora's moderation team is automatically notified.
Revora reviews reports and block notifications within 24 hours. When a violation is confirmed, Revora may remove the content and suspend or terminate the responsible account.
8. Account Deletion
You can request account deletion using the in-app account deletion feature or the Account and Data Deletion page. Records required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution may be retained for an appropriate period.
Deleting a Revora account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. To stop recurring charges, cancel the subscription through the store where it was purchased before deleting the account.
9. Changes, Suspension, and Discontinuation
Revora may change, temporarily suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for maintenance, improvements, incident response, or operational reasons.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Revora is not responsible for disputes between users, user-submitted content, the accuracy of vehicle information or maintenance records, or outages caused by external conditions. You are responsible for decisions about vehicle maintenance and driving.
